Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using JobProfit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Recruiters and colleges must represent a legitimate organization in good standing.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not post fraudulent listings, misrepresent your identity or organization, scrape the platform, or use JobProfit for any unlawful purpose.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, etc.) but grant JobProfit a license to display and distribute it as part of operating the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including posting fraudulent listings or abusive behavior toward other users.
Limitation of liability
JobProfit is provided "as is." We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party listings.
