Started from a real problem
JobProfit was born in 2022 out of one observation: India has no shortage of talent, but an acute shortage of trust between employers and candidates. Fake listings, ghost employers, and salary surprises had eroded job seekers' confidence.
We set out to build a platform where every listing is verified, every salary is visible, and every opportunity — whether a government scholarship, a startup internship, or an MNC role — is discoverable in one place.
