ATS Resume Training for Students
70% of resumes are rejected by ATS before a human reads them. Our resume training ensures yours makes it through β and stands out when a human does read it.
ATS β The First and Most Common Placement Barrier
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are software used by companies to automatically screen resumes before a human ever reads them. A resume with poor formatting, missing keywords, wrong file type, or a complex design will be rejected instantly β even if the candidate is perfectly qualified. For campus placements, where companies receive hundreds of applications for each role, ATS filtering is especially aggressive. Our resume training teaches you to build a resume that passes ATS screening and impresses the human reading it next.
- 70% of resumes are rejected by ATS before human review β even qualified candidates
- Tables, graphics, columns, and textboxes in resumes cause ATS parsing failures
- Job-description keyword matching is the primary ATS scoring mechanism
- PDF vs DOCX matters β different ATS systems parse them differently
- Resume length, section headings, and date formats all affect ATS scoring

Frequently Asked Questions

During enrollment, send us your current resume and we'll run it through an ATS simulator and give you a score report within 24 hours. This is part of our program orientation.
